Half of my business is in Snohomish and King County suburban areas and the other half is equestrian, lifestyle and acreage properties. My breadth of knowledge and experience creates an atmosphere of ease whatever your real estate needs may be.
Having been involved in the equestrian world my entire life; I now manage our own acreage property, and have spent years accompanying our daughters to both local and regional competitions. This translates to a deep understanding of what goes into a lifestyle property - I can help get you where need to be.
My other passion revolves around muscle and sports cars. In grade school I knew nearly every car make and model thanks to the influence of my father, himself a car collector. Fresh out of "driver's ed" class in high school, I bought my first car, a 1966 Pontiac LeMans convertible. Along the way my husband and I have rebuilt a 1965 GTO and a 1966 Tempest.
In our shop today there's a crimson 2017 Corvette and a later model, 1968 Corvette coupe - still undergoing restoration. My prize possession is our 1966 Pontiac GTO convertible. It has been in my family for 43 years and recently finished an extensive second restoration.
We have lived an acreage lifestyle with horses, dogs and the gamete of farm animals. Let's talk about building a barn, sacrifice areas or creating a heated shop with a lift. I'm just as comfortable with a post-hole digger as I am with a torque wrench!
